Provides strategic leadership and vision for the club. Oversees all operations, partnerships, and long-term planning. Serves as the primary representative of NWA United FC in the community and with external organizations.

Supports the President in executing club initiatives and managing day-to-day operations. Plays a key role in community engagement, program development, and internal coordination across departments.

Maintains club records, meeting minutes, and official documentation. Ensures smooth communication between board members and supports administrative functions across the organization.

Manages the financial health of the club, including budgeting, reporting, and oversight of expenditures. Works closely with the board to ensure transparency and fiscal responsibility.

Leads the overall coaching philosophy and methodology of the club. Responsible for mentoring coaches, implementing training standards, and ensuring alignment with the club’s developmental goals across all teams.

Oversees the technical, tactical, and mental growth of players at all levels. Designs and monitors player development plans, seasonal evaluations, and progression pathways to ensure long-term success.

Manages the day-to-day logistics of the club, including scheduling, field coordination, equipment, and communications. Ensures smooth execution of all programs and supports the operational needs of teams and staff.

Leads all Academy-level teams (U8–U12), focusing on foundational skill development and age-appropriate competition. Works closely with coaches and families to prepare players for the transition to Classic-level play.

Oversees all Classic-level teams (U11–U19), ensuring competitive readiness, team formation, and league participation. Supports coaches in delivering high-level training and fostering a culture of excellence and sportsmanship.
